I feel that marijuana can be huge if it's legalized, but if it's not it's gonna crash, so it's a risk that one can take, or not.

The opposite is true. Short term it's not good investment because only small handful of states have it legalized. And they can't engage in interstate commerce. You've got such a small market that is still restricted by many regulations even though it is legal. For example, currently it is now legal to possess and use it in Washington DC but it illegal to buy or sell it. Yep, that's the way it is for now: legally you are allowed to use it but you can't legally buy it. So, there's hardly any money to be made in jurisdictions like that. However, over the long term it will start to become legal in more states and there will be less regulation to allow all sorts of channels to open up. More and more people are accepting the idea of legalization. Even in the states where the measure didn't pass on Tuesday because of a minimum threshold, there was still a majority vote for its legalization over those who said no.
I agree, with only some states having it legalized we would not get much if any profit from it, I'd say give it time and than it might be worth it.
I think investing in Marijuana is a good business venture, I think so because of all the good that Marijuana can do medically, there are a number of ailments that Marijuana can treat and so I think it will be just like investing in penicillin. Investing in anything medically will be a good thing, a marijuana company is going to start-up in my country and I will definitely invest in it, hopefully I can save up enough to do so in time. Or, may be I'll just wait until they decide to pay dividends to invest in them. But I'm definitely going to invest quite substantially in the company.
Even though the federal government eased restrictions on legal dispensaries holding their funds in American banks, the banks have still refused to take funds from dispensaries. It's a cash-only game at this point, and there's no way you could build a stock around that. A dozen robberies and investors have a worthless stock to their name. As the environment stands now for marijuana dispensaries and related companies, an actual stock just wouldn't work.
Too much political and other risks for me. I definitely wouldn't advise putting anywhere near all of your eggs into such a risky basket if you choose to dabble in such an industry with such shady characters running it.
I think investing in anything in legalized mairjuana is gold. It will only get better as every state begins to entertain the idea of legalizing it in some shape or form. If I could open a marijuana shop in colorado a year ago, I would be bank rolling right now. So much money to be made.
