How did you manage finally...? if you don't mind my asking!...{eventually a great job that fits you will come} something similar to that is what a friend of mine keeps on saying....'that when one door closes, if one ain't open yet, well God is preparing to open a gate!'

You know it really does help to know that you aren't the only one on the unemployment ship. My husband is here with me now and he has been unemployed for the past two months so the only money being earned is what I am making online. If anyone has any good online opportunities I would love to hear them.

I was so excited when I told my boss that I had found greener pastures. I work for me doing a lot of writing online. It has been so difficult when my money gets held up or someone decided not to pay for work that I have done for them. I live in a region where living expenses are not too high therefore; I am getting by right now. I believe that if I am patient, I shall break even.

Yeah, I recall when my wife left a job that she hated, it was one of the happiest days of our lives and she didn't had another job at the time, she simply quit.

Yea if you are dedicated and save your money then you can pay your bills pretty easily by working from home. It all depends on how much you want. I personally am not a guy that really needs much. I don't care for fancy clothes or electronics or cars. I am a bit spendthrift when it comes to wining and dining but ultimately you have to work out a budget and stick to it. Good luck on the writing.

We really wouldn't need all that much to get by if we could just manage to bring it in! I could probably pay all of our current bills for around $800 a month which doesn't seem like it should be that hard to make online. So far I am not making anything close to that though.

I am, but it seems much easier to get a job in the small town I'm currently living in compared to Toronto. I'm surprised that the economy is growing so fast here, it's pretty interesting seeing all the resources that are going into infrastructure and commerce here.

Thankful to be employed with no threat to my job in the near future. It is never 100% certain but as of right now I am quite comfortable that I will be kept around for the long run.

I am having more and more expenses these days, so I don't know what I would do if I was out of a job, and I do have a part-time apart from my main job.
