I enjoy sleeping but I cannot get enough due to my work schedule. I really feel sad when such things happen. I get at most of five hours of sleep per day which is not sufficient. How many hours did you sleep per day?

I work from home, therefore I allow myself to sleep as much as possible. Sometimes I wake up in the middle of the night to get a job done. I take a nap during the day after I eat. I sleep as much or as little as I need. I am going to have to adjust when I resume formal employment.

I don't know if it's a matter of preference, I mean, the body sleeps what it needs, but usually I am around 8 around sleep per night, that leaves my body fully rested for the next day.

I'm somewhere around 6-7 hours per night. I have a lot of time so I could easily sleep more but my body seems to be happy with this. :)

It depends on how tired I am, I can spend some days sleeping around 6-7 hours per day, while other days my body asks me for 8-9 hours, so I guess it depends on the daily activity.

I am an insomniac. The best I can get in one night is an hour or two of sleep. I've had this problem since I was 6 yrs old so I suppose my body is used to being deprived of sleep. I've learned though that when you don't sleep enough, you are in deep trouble:

I'm an insomniac too and manage 3-4 hours a night. About once a month though, I'll just crash and sleep solidly for around 14 hours. I worry about not getting enough sleep too so I try and compensate by having the pdd time where I just lie down with my eyes shut and do absolutely nothing in a vain attempt to give my body some rest.

I at times wonder if I have some kind of sleeping disorder. I always tend to fall asleep when I am home regardless of the workload that I have. I have friends who mention that they are unable to sleep during the day and others saying if they sleep at daytime they cannot do so in the night. I will sleep day, night, from now until tomorrow nonstop, I love to sleep. Naturally this is going to impact my online earning potential, I am trying to get to the bottom of it, I think some exercise is needed along with some vitamins, or better yet a family...lol.

I think sleeping at any time when your at home is the result of being in the state of unhappiness or depression. I think it can really sad at times. I hope you find a way to get over it very soon.

If I don't get between 6-8hours i'm gonna be a drowsy money the next day. It's probably due to the fact that winter is pretty much draining all my energy levels.
