    Please tell me that is why i purchased my replaceable gas-cooker at a friendly price...unlike last year when i happened to cough out a fortune of the same...some positive in the light of negative...a sharp contrast {i don't know whether to put a sad face or a smiley face here; a half smile might do then}

    It's a really complicated situation. Normally I would have enough trust in our president to do whatever would be the right thing. Not with this president. I fear he would try to tie the hands of our military men and women with too much "political correctness" and simply tell our people to "try to win the hearts and minds" of ISIS, like he did when they were in Afghanistan. And then our people would end up getting slaughtered. Somebody ordered a stand down with the Benghazi situation, I strongly suspect it was BO or Valerie Jarrett and we had people die. People like that cannot be trusted.

    Having said this, yeah, ISIS is a growing threat and I am betting they will do more and more despicable things because nobody is stopping them. Between ISIS and Iran I am counting the days until this administration is over. I only hope that America and Israel remain intact as nations until we can get somebody in the White House who loves America and is willing to defend her instead of tear her down.

    Lots of people seem to agree. Obama, according to critics, doesn't have a clear strategy to defeat ISIS. In fact it looks like he has no intention of "ultimately defeating" the terrorist group as he'd promised last year. The reason could because once they're hard-pressed, ISIS would retreat to the villages they've taken and use the civilians as human shields. So it is a war that will take a really long time to win. Attrition. Draw out jihadis, kill them. Draw out more, kill them. That should be the strategy . . . because at least only the right people will be killed.
    That certainly is one way consumers get to benefit. Enjoy them while they last :)

    Neither Obama has a strategy nor any other country in the world. The fact is that ISIS need to be attacked in a full war scheme, not just with some details, they are surviving this sort of way.

    U.S intervention created ISIS. CIA armed trained & financed them, along with Saudi Arabia & other Gulf State dictatorships. The imposition of the U.S Malaki puppet gov in Iraq, made it so the Iraq army refused to fight ISIS. Sunni' who would normally shun ISIS accept their rule as the lesser evil. War rhetoric is unhelpful. M.E has nothing to do with U.S. They should keep their noses out and stop creating terror & chaos worldwide.

    Yes it is horrific that ISIS burns, beheads and executes and represses people. However, the same people who scream 'kill them all' because of the beheadings & immolations are usually silent about the U.S dropping 100's of 1000's of tons of napalm on civilians and Saudi beheadings.

    U.S WANTS ISIS, it NEEDS ISIS, the same as it created Al Qaida. Its all about geopolitics.

    I do think there is some truth to the rumors that we at least "helped" create some terrorist groups. I don't think necessarily that was the original intention of our govt., but they ignored the (lack of) character of many people over in the M.E. and they STILL do this. They try to make nice with people who are not on OUR side and our not trustworthy. In other words, they try to make deals with the devil and we all know how that turns out.

    I read a great article that goes way back to the times of Nixon and the petrodollar. This article stated that Nixon sensed the Sauds were easily corruptible (and of course sitting on a mountain of oil). That was where the first mistake was made. One should never try to make any deals with people who are "easily corruptible" and we've been paying for this mistake ever since. I sincerely hope our govt. will finally wake up and realize that there has GOT to be a better way to come up with the energy we need. It is a fool's game to depend on ANYTHING that the M.E. has to "offer". As far as what to replace the petrodollar with, I have no idea, but I would love to break all ties with the M.E., except for Israel. Let the nutjobs go back to lives where they live off of sand, not our money, nor our blood or any other treasure we have.

    We won't do anything to destroy them because U.S. foreign policy has become so politicized. The right thing to do is cleatly to send ground troops in and unleash hell on these thugs. But prior foreign policy mistakes and the knee jerk anti war left wing is preventing us from doing the right thing.

    ISIS is destroying human life and spreading hateful rhetoric all throughout the world. While they are effecting the world economically, we should be more concerned that they are killing human beings in cold blood for absolutely no justified reason whatsoever. They need to be dealt with as soon as humanly possible because this whole situation is making the world sick.

    He's a troll and not American. You'd be better off not feeding him or indulging him by paying any attention to his inflammatory posts.

    I've had him on "ignore" for many months. One of the dead giveaways that you're talking to a troll is when they repeat the same nonsense over and over after you've already tried to educate them otherwise at least once.

    They need to be silenced, I feel like they have reached a stage where they feel that they are beyond everyone and all powers, something needs to be done soon.
