There has been talk that the U.S will be sending more weapons to Iraq. It looks like the government doesn't learn from mistakes they've made in the past. As they've been trying to fight ISIS, they instead of fighting to win, opt to flee, leaving behind all the weapons to the terrorists. So whatever weapons will be sent to Iraq just might end up in the hands of ISIS. Again. Is that what we really want? Give more weapons to ISIS indirectly?

It keeps the Military Industrial Complex going. Send weapons to Iraq, these weapons get into the hands of insurgents, therefore it causes a bigger problem as a result military action is needed. To solve the problem send more weapons to Iraq.

It is hard to tell if it is intentional or just short sightedness. But pretty much every major insurgent group in the middle east was unintentionally started by the US. It is insane and it is putting a tremendous drain on the US economy. A bad US economy is bad for the world.

The US is sending more weapons to Iraq because it doesn't cost American lives. Also, this is a bit off subject, but american weaponry was never that good in the first place. The Ak47 is more sturdy and battle proven over the M16 in those types of environments.

After the fall of Ramadi, and the equipment loss there, it is pretty clear that the strategy the administration is engaging in is failing and failing hard. ISIS now controls most of Syria, chunks of Iraqi, and is active in nine (9) countries. They've inspired terrorist attacks in the US, Canada, and Europe. All this from the group Obungles called the JV team.

Well, sadly the answer is yes. More weapons means more war and more business for the massive war industry that the US has, so it's just the continuation of the politics lives for money that the government has been following in the last decades.

This administration would have you believe that "climate change" is a bigger threat to national security, and even the cause of much of the terrorism.

Notice how they changed "global warming" to "climate change". But they like to tell half truths. The evidence that increased CO2 emissions increase global warming is dubious. But there is lots of evidence that deforestation changes climate, but this fact is ignored. The biggest cause of deforestation is increased population growth in developing nations, which causes more deforestation. More deforestation causes the climate to change, which causes things like flash floods etc. This results in social tension which eventually leads to terrorism.

The bottom line is most environmental problems can be linked back to too many people on the planet. For that matter that is the cause of most problems including terrorism. But no one wants to say that.

The administration can lead us to believe whatever they want because they are a huge marketing machine, but we do have independent sources and other ways to be informed.
