North Korea scientists have created a drug which cures the three diseases in one fell swoop. the miracle cure consists of ginseng grown from fertiliser and a mix of other ingredients- but did not reveal the special combination. But this is the same North Korea which claimed they won the world so anything coming from them might very well not be true. The drug’s website cites a medical study in Africa where the drug was tested on HIV positive patients. It records that every single participant in the trial noted an improvement, with 56 per cent being completely cured and 44 per cent noting a considering improvement in their condition. Yes this does not sound like propaganda at all. I also heard that Kim Jong Un developed this drug himself in a single morning!
That's not all. I heard that every time Chuck Norris goes to sleep, he checks under his bed for Kim Jong-un!
This sounds like North Korea's attempt at getting some throne above the other countries... I mean, this isn't the first time where we've gotten some crazy propaganda from there (i.e; the multiple threats of being bombed). I mean, what're we supposed to expect from such a manipulative, closed off society? I don't think that you can develop something like this without worldwide collaboration - despite how amazing you think you are. And, this isn't a sci-fi movie... We're barely able to treat certain STD's and STI's as it is! This's also probably another way to manipulate the North Korean general public into thinking that North Korea is the "top country" (that term is so ridiculous). I mean, Kim has spread so much propaganda untoward his citizens to make them believe that other countries are doing much worse (such as the fake documentary that showed Americans eating snow). At this point, I wouldn't pay much attention to North Korea. I mean, I'd keep an eye on them, and take any threats seriously (if proven to be an actual problem). But as of now, they're all bark, no bite.
The Kim Jongs have failed the North Korean people and whilst bragging about creating a wonder drug, hundreds of North Koreans are starving. While they spend millions of dollars building weapons the nation is sliding deeper into poverty. How long do they think their military industry will sustain North Korea's economy? Unfortunate thing though is the North Koreans can't do anything about it. So desperate is North Korea for attention that they make up these stories but though they may be wrapped in a bubble sooner or later that bubble will burst [the moment they lose China's support].
The living god with no anus used his divine power to create a cure for aids, but still can't feed his people or lose weight off of his obese body. Maybe we should ask Magic Johnson how he is still alive with aids after contracting HIV back in 1991.
Them north Koreans really are amazing aren't they. I know it's easy for us to sit here and mock, but what must actually go through their minds to come out with things like that? Furthermore, what must the people be doing to actually believe it!

What a cesspool of a country. I think we'll see cures for Aids and cancer in my lifetime. I'm highly doubtful that a scientist from North Korea will be the one to discover the cure. This isnt the first or last time we'll see crazy, far fetched propaganda from that regime.
