Does anyone follow Amanda Lang? If you don't know she's a Canadian business corespondent who's worked for CNN, BNN (ROB at the time) and now the CBC. She spent a lot of her career working along side Kevin O'leary on Squeezeplay and then The Lang and O'leary Exchange. Now she has her own business news show The Exchange with Amanda Lang. I try to watch it as often as I can. I watched her show last night, the commentary on Greece was right on point. I suggest anyone check it out it's available free to stream on the CBC website.
The name sounds familiar, but I am not sure if I have seen her show or not. I do a lot of TV surfing until I find something I enjoy watching. Is her show related to the stock market or the global economy? It might be worth me tuning in for some good old fashioned education on the subjects.
Oh yea haha I guess I should have elaborated. Right now she's host of The Exchange. It's a Canadian daily hour long business news program on The CBC. The Exchange covers a wide range of topics that relate to business, investment and finance. Really good thoughtful, rational and impartial coverage and often has great guests and interviews. It's available for streaming for free on CBC Money. I mean to an America it's probably too obscure, but it's pretty popular in Canada. It used to be co-hosted by Kevin O'Leary (Shark Tank.)
To be honest while I've heard the name and know who she is, I must admit that I don't follow her much. A lot of these correspondents seem to be the same and come out with the same advice, so if you follow one then you usually follow them all without actually knowing it.
