What do you think will be sitting on the new president's plate when he or she takes office next year. I honestly would hate to be the person to take all of the world's problems on...oh yes, I said the world's problems because that is what we do.

ISIS will be a looming problem that is not going to go away any time soon I think, so that will be an immediate issue. I also think that we need to really start focusing more attention on the US economy and get a plan together that makes this country stable once again.

You can add the $18-20T national debt and the murder rates in Chicago (and other inner cities) to the worry pile. Oh yes, build a wall... stop illegal immigration... let the military do its job... shrink government... tax simplification (90k pages of IRS regulations) or flat tax replacement... reduce business regulations... enable repatriation of overseas corporate profits... get rid of Dodd-Frank regulations... dump the "too big to fail" nonsense... put NASA back to work in rocketry and getting us back to the moon... reduce the Saul Alinsky-like social programs... stop the drug trade... stop smoking... deal with medical fraud... dump the TSA that has yet to catch a terrorist... find a magic wand... and the beat goes on. Woof. Giddyup.

A lot of work and stuff Obama hasn't been able to fix. That is of course if he won't further be the president, which I strongly doubt, but who knows...

Anyway, the debt is really huge and we could truly get rid of some of those war expenses.

Here are a few things that I want to see the new president address.

    1. Free health care for all citizens.
    2. Free tuition at public colleges.
    3. Address climate change.
    4. Renewable sources of energy.
    5. Back out of the Middle East and let the neighboring countries handle their own problems. We can support but not participate.

Every says that all of this will cost a lot of money. But wars cost a lot of money and the Republicans love to make wars and put it on the credit card.

Pardon me for being a kibitzer of sorts because I am not an American citizen. However, I have lots of relatives who are. Anyway, from what I gathered, there are plenty of loose ends that the next president has to attend to. First is the so called Obama care which, to my mind, is spending money foolishly. Second is the problem of the real estate industry, how to stabilize it. And third, the wars all over the world, the security for continents and other military matters. Good luck to the next president of the USA.

There are plenty of problems the new president will have to address. There's been lots of talk about unemployment rate being reduced but that isn't enough. The government should invest some money in a number of [kickstarter-like] projects and in so doing create numerous jobs.

Also there's no point in spending so much money arming terrorists in the Middle East. The new president should limit the U.S's involvement in ME affairs to advisory roles only.

It seems that every president inherits the problems that the last one failed to fix. Specifically what these problems are will probably differ from person to person but at the moment, economy, unemployment and terrorism are the big issues that need to be addressed in my opinion.

The next president will need to be a reformer. Obama has kicked the can down the road on issue after issue. Entitlement reform, tax reform, immigration reform. Theres no shortage of problems the next president will have to face.

Check this out. Democratic nominee Bernie Sanders on Real Time with Bill Maher. Everything I talked about he will go into detail.
