Hello all! I'm a 25 year old from the good old USA. I've been tinkering with investing for several years, but mostly trying to max out my Roth IRA and putting extra money into a Brokerage Account and playing around with it there. My Father used to be a day trader so he helps me out from time to time, but I'd like to learn much more about investing since I plan to make it a bigger part of my life. I'll be spending a lot of time in the "Stock Market Education" forum, but I hope to get to know you all soon. Thanks for having me here!
Hi indeniosi, Welcome and just so know how lucky are to have your dad, that you can trust 100% to be your mentor. As a starting point, I always advise to use a virtual/simulated account, while keeping your real money in a low-cost index fund.
Suggestion for a good simulated account? Found some ****** apps just now and will experiment shortly. Great idea!
