The eBible Fellowship declared that the world would be obliterated today. http://www.theguardian.com/world/2015/oct/06/end-of-world-7-october-ebible-fellowship And I'm still waiting for that predicted annihilation. I do believe that some people are out only for attention and the media all the time falls for the trick. Who'd have known Chris McCann if not for these wild claims?
Oh, it's time for another apocalypse? Well, I'm still alive (for now). What should I do for the remaining time? Any suggestions? I wouldn't like to procastinate until the end of the world.
This Wednesday, or past now I should say, or next Wednesday? If it was yesterday then I think they had a mis-calculation somewhere. If I had a £1 for every time I've heard the world was going to end on this or that day...
I don't usually respond to this kind of thread. It's just that I couldn't control my laughter and maybe I want to see more of what's inside. It's plain and simple that the world had not ended because it is already Thursday here. So what can I say about that? Better luck on next time's prediction.
LOL! Queuing up The Doors "The End". Anyway, these nutburger groups have been setting dates since as long as I can remember and, for that matter, throughout history. It is always hilarious when the date comes and goes though.
I don't even know how to respond to these claims anymore... Seems like every week some group is saying the end is here. NEWS FLASH, the world will be here for a long time, it's not going anywhere for a few billion years. Now humans on the other hand, we may succeed on killing ourselves, but they earth will be fine.
The end of the world has been predicted for more than 2,000 years now and each time those who predict the end get it wrong. Strange thing is, it's Christians, people who ought to know better (no one knows the day or the hour) that are telling these lies.
I've been waiting for the world to end since the Y2K scare I think I must be immortal by now. It must be a slow news day or something. From a philosophical perspective though I know my world will end when I die.
Oh here we go again!! I can't even recall the number of times we have heard this over the years! It just causes some people to panic and stress over nothing. By now you would think people would realize that it is all foolishness!!
Here we go again...if we would have all been annihilated as much as the doom seekers predicted...we would all certainly be dead by now. It is craziness how these groups keeping predicting these things that never happen. It is just one of the ways we attract attention to ourselves. It is just one way to get your name out before the public, thus it is done.
