A glitch in the matrix is when you feel that something is wrong with the reality... it's kind of hard to explain but I will leave you this post on Tumblr if you want to know a little bit more about this, it also contains a few of creepy experiences from Internet users who experienced a glitch in the matrix. http://sixpenceee.com/post/82541990386/a-glitch-in-the-matrix-is-an-experience-that What do you think about this? Have you ever had a similar experience before?
Reddit has a great subreddit devoted to this phenomenon! https://www.reddit.com/r/Glitch_in_the_Matrix/
Would you call experiencing minor events you dreamed about be counted as a "glitch in the matrix" or would it be considered deja vu? I often experience situations that I've dreamed about right down to the small details, but they are nothing interesting, just mundane things like I walking along a path for instance. But the creepy aspect to it is that the exact same things happen as in the dream, like same cars passing, someone passing at a different point. It's pretty weird.
I am curious, is it a glitch in the matrix or an intentional error? Some bad things happen so that some good can come out of it.
I don't think of it as a glitch. Such things happen when the supernatural interacts with the world. Since it's something that can't be explained one would say, "oh this is so weird." It really isn't. We just aren't used to such stuff. I once had a dream and the next day it played out exactly as I'd seen it in my mind. Strange? Yes.
I like reading about all of this. Didn't know they actually call them "glitches in the matrix" though as that obviously already makes it sound a bit... well made-up, not real etc. But thanks for sharing, some interesting stuff there.
I've heard the term being used a lot more after the release of the first film in the Matrix trilogy, and there's even a theory out there that takes the events of The Matrix and questions as to whether the film is a reality that we are all facing. Three's certainly some weird but interesting stuff to read out there.
That was a very interesting read. I have never heard it referred that way before. It gave me chills just reading some of those stories. I have never experienced anything like that myself but people have told me stories like that which happened to them.
It's not a "glitch in the matrix." It's just deja vu. It's when you dream something or have had something happen that happens again so it feels very familiar. That's it, nothing more nothing less.
It most likely is a nothing more nothing less thing, but when it happens, as in everything happens exactly as it played out in the dream, it's hard not to question if it has some sort of meaning behind it something. It's a little un-nerving to say the least.
