Goodwin's opinion piece -- http://nypost.com/2015/11/14/its-time-for-obama-to-make-a-choice-lead-us-or-resign/ -- in the NY Post is attracting attention, deservedly so.
Well that took some guts, but unfortunately no one is truly paying attention. Nothing will be done about it, and people will move on. Too many distractions.
Truth, nobody will even consider any of the points that Goodwin or others bring up, specifically with regard to viewing the world "as it is". I try to tell my fellow Liberals about views from an alternative perspective but get immediately shut down. Then I bring up that this is one of the reasons people are growing increasingly sick of Liberals. Silence. And so nothing gets resolved. And yes--nothing will be done about it. Not sure how to prepare for the coming storm in our nation, but it's inevitable, I'm sure.
It's ironic that most in the US considered "liberal" today are anything but by the traditional definition - more and more on the left have become outright fascists and big govt shills.
