My biggest beat was AMRN. This was a wild ride. I blame myself however, because I could have left with a massive profit a couple of times. I think that's the biggest lesson many traders fail to recognize. Cut losses and don't be afraid to take profits!
There is always risk involved, so this is pretty much a matter of calculating the risks, I mean, sometimes we win, sometimes we lose, but preferentially we need to win more than we lose.
Ouch, definitely should have gotten out when you were hugely in the profit, but hindsight is 20/20. Did you end up losing money or did you get out with a small profit or recuperated the investment?
Those are the most painful events, when we can get out with a profit, but just some time later we lose that profit and sometimes the initial investment.

Оf соursе, nо mаttеr hоw hаrd уоu tаkе іt, уоu hаvе tо mоvе оn аnd LЕАRΝ FRОМ YОUR МІЅТАΚЕЅ! Ѕоmеtіmеs уоu јust hаvе bаd luсk, but еvеn іf іt's јust bаd luсk, thеrе's рrоbаblу sоmеthіng уоu саn lеаrn frоm іt. Аnd whеn trаdіng, lеаrnіng frоm уоur раst mіstаkеs іs ехtrеmеlу іmроrtаnt. Аnd fоr thаt rеаsоn аlоnе, dо wе hаvе tо fосus mоrе оn іmрrоvіng/lеаrnіng frоm оur mіstаkеs rаthеr thаn blаmіng оursеlvеs fоr раst mіstаkеs. Аftеr аll, thеу'rе іn thе раst, аnd wе саn't сhаngе аnуthіng аbоut іt.
When someone loses money obviously at some point they're going to blame themselves out of habit, it's a human thing. We shouldn't though, markets are so volatile that even the best traders can lose money one something involving the market at any time. They should just make sure not to lose more than they can afford, and use the experience to redefine their strategies.
Nah. I have the power to accept the things that I can not change. lol There's no point in crying over spilled milk if you understand the risks when you go in. At the end of the day about the only thing you could even have done is sold out earlier. Just learn to cut your losses and be smarter next time. With proper research and care you can pretty much avoid any significant loss. With that being said when it comes to BTC I was mighty ticked off when that whale dumped all those coins and pretty much bottomed the market over the course of 3 days. I was not a happy camper but it's coming back up so I'm not too mad. I still was able to roll with my 25% loss and LOL at all the people screaming that the sky was falling. I never get THAT worked up in either FOREX or ALT CUR.
