It is true the Internet is a wealth of knowledge about things regarding the stock market. It is free information and all it takes is time and opportunity to research and understand how it works.
I don't know any particular resource no, but to be honest I haven't looked for it. I am guessing it shouldn't be too hard to find.
I think there is another online e-learning for free which is called edX. I don't know if you have heard it but it's good.
Tip'd Off offers a free virtual trading account (paper trading) for newbie investors. This way you can get your feet wet and test your trading strategies without risking real money. The nice thing is that you can actually also see what the experienced investors on the site are trading with their real brokerage accounts! So you can potentially follow other users' trades and see if what they're trading is successful or not. Learn by watching and interacting with others, if you will.
