I've heard eToro is a pretty stable platform, I don't think I've ever heard someone to complain about them. You should try starting with the free trial and see how things turn out.
I think it is more my attachment and long standing relationship with Scottrade more than anything else. However, I have heard of people getting their accounts locked for no reason, connection problems, and length of time it takes to edit stop loss and take profit options.
I do not totally recommend it totally as I believe that they cheat people very easily. I think it is best to be very cautious while joining this site. I hope to never join this soon on any given day.
Yeah I signed up on it a few weeks ago but haven't actually started properly using it, however it looks like a very clean and user friendly platform. The demo account is especially useful for newbies like myself and I'm sure I'll be revisiting it sometime soon. I've only ever messed about on the simulator on Investopedia so I suppose the demo account must be something like that. Hopefully I can learn the ropes pretty quickly and start investing some money instead of it just laying there and not doing anything!
I have heard about the site before and I was almost on the verge of signing up but then I had some people tell me that I really should not waste my time with the site and then I was doing some research and I saw an article with a guy who was making some good money with it. In the end though he ended up losing all of it and suffering more than when he began. When I saw this I just told myself that this is something that maybe you will want to stay away from.
I had seen the same thing with Etoro on some blogs. Some people advertise on a PTC site and try to show off their so-called system that would promise to make money every day. It was the same case with EmpireOption it has some mixed reviews. Hard to say whether to use it or not. I guess it is up to the user if they want to use Etoro or not.
What a waste ...i mean the guy who gained all then lost it all..., i signed up to Etoro but i have never at anytime lifted a finger to move in their direction of investing...maybe my lazy procrastinating factor has saved me a big deal from pain and heartache...in short, i have a dormant Etoro acc.
Too risky for me. I used to invest there, and I'd get back a quite nice amount of money. But I also found myself losing hundreds of dollars just for a slight mistake of reasoning. I don't know if they've still got that $50 offer for the first deposit you make, but it was welcome back then, in spite of having to send a lot of documents to them...
