Do you prefer to take a nap in the afternoon when you are at home?

That is the suicide of sleep for me when nighttime approaches, plus once i take a nap in the afternoon, once i wake up, am totally inefficient, all work required to be done will come to a sudden halt and be procrastinated or pushed to the next day, i'd rather forgo an afternoon nap and catch my 40 winks restfully at night :)

No I don't usually take naps in the afternoon because I have my work at home tasks to do so I'm very busy. In the afternoon I usually earn money online with writing and other things. If I'm ever feeling sick then I may take a nap during the day.

No, I don't take naps in the middle of the day. I hate falling asleep during the day. I am disoriented when I wake up. It's like losing a whole day for me. It feels horrible.

I've always been a fan of naps. Usually of the two hour variety. Anything less than that and I usually dont feel refreshed. Cant take any during the week these days but I definitely partake in them on the weekends. Nothing is quite as revuvenating.

Haha, I love the fact that you say two hours variety nap gmckee, that was funny. :) Usually that is happening because you don't sleep enough at night right, so nothing like making up in the afternoon. ;)

Yup, but only to 30 mins. only. But sometimes I don't, if I have to finish the game first.

I always enjoy coming home and taking a nap, but sometimes whenever I wake up, I am extremely unmotivated to do anything. If I have schoolwork or anything else like that to do, I do not take a nap because I know I won't want to do it.
