Disney's up another 7.6% and has been on a complete tear for a while now. The results were great as well. Unfortunately, Cramer's saying that everyone should be owning it now, which isn't always a good sign to me Any thoughts on the stock?
Disney will rise even more at the end of the year hopefully, meaning that Star Wars will be a huge success. Also, Violeta's and Hanna's Montanna's are always a big success for them.
Great quarter for Disney indeed, across almost all segments. Agreed, Star Wars will be another success story for DIS.
They have been performing great for quite some time now. However I definitely didn't see it coming, somehow I always underestimate these companies that mostly cater to the young ones. Disney, Mattel etc. Never owned Disney, never really thought about it that much, probably will never buy it.
Logically, Disney has been coming back in a big way not only with Marvel, but with the Frozen as well. I expect them to continue to be on a tear with, as mentioned, Star Wars. Hard to say when or where the best entry point would be, but we should continue to see some climbs over the next few quarters... that said, does the market always follow logic? I wonder what other acquisitions they might be making.
