Life kicks the crud out of you whenever. You try to pick up the leaves and the wind just blows them into another pile. School does not look good for you and you try to study but your efforts are destroyed. People just treat you like crud when you try to have a conversation. No what you do you feel like crap and it can be out of your hands. Do you feel like crap in your current life?

When life hands you lemons, make lemonade. Pain only stabs you when you refuse to embrace your fate. Sounds very much like throwing in the towel and leaving yourself vulnerable but you surrender only to strengthen yourself. You give yourself time to think, plan, set other goals and work towards attaining them.

To answer your question, yes in the past I did feel like crap at times, but all that changed when I changed my attitudes, stopped chasing fancy dreams. Since then, I've not known stress or depression.

We feel like crap in our life only if we compare ourselves to others. Some other people may have things we'd like to have, some have the richness, the intelligence, the wit and pleasing personality that we all so desire for ourselves.. and we forget to look down to people below our level and appreciate what we have and our situation compared to others. If you learn how to stop chasing fancy dreams (quoted from rainman), or wanting to have what others have.. but instead focus on self improvement to be an example to others. Work hard, be yourself and you will find that you are unique.. that some people feels like crap themselves compared to you.

No, and you shouldn't either. Being unhappy is just something that can pass just as easily as something that makes you happy passes. Depression is a major battle though but it's doable. Being grateful and just enjoying the little things can set you on the right path !

No, The winter is over and we're just about to really get into spring, the sun is out later and it's not as cold. I can't complain, I hate the winter so I'm really feeling a lot better at the moment.

Well, I know for some time that I get easily irritated over really little things. For a long time, I thought that was normal and everybody was like that. But recently I thought that is probably not true. I should not get REALLY MAD over something like not quite making it into the garbage can when I try to toss something in. Just really little things like that. I do think that some of my poor mood is due to the gray skies and cold weather of winter. I remember one day in particular when it was only 11 am and I had to turn the lights on in my house because it was that dark. I was almost in tears. That is definitely a symptom of SADD.

I don't know what to do about my frustration except now that I'm more aware of it, I can try to rein it in. I probably just need a vacation in a warm, tropical region. That pretty much makes anyone happy. :)

I do feel this sometimes like I am doing nothing very useful. I think it is best if we try and make each day better.

Actually I don't feel like crap, but I do feel tired, I mean, working all day long and having kids and wife is exhausting.
