While I do find Facebook and Twitter useful and interesting to some degree, I dont feel that way about all social media apps and sites. I tried out Instagram and found it pretty pointless. I dont get the point of looking at endless selfies all day.
Twitter is the best. Like someone else says, it's fast, in-depth, entertaining and very searchable. FB is fine for friends and family. Not easy to use or customize. LinkedIn is a necessity for keeping up with a large network but is not particularly informative. It kind of throws stuff at you.
Twitter is not that popular in my country, but I still believe it's the fastest media website for send-receive information.
I usually use Facebook and I totally love it. I think they are quite the best and cover almost all tor needs. I totally love it.
My favorite is Twitter by FAR. It's like the better, quicker, easier to navigate, less annoying version of Facebook. Unfortunately it never caught on where I live.
I only go on Facebook periodically when I need to see something important. I am not into social media very much. I do see it as something that would be helpful to use as a resource.
I use Facebook more than I use anything else, but I do have a Twitter account. I have never really understood the point of Instagram either. I use Facebook for both my business and personal needs, but I only use Twitter for fun/knowledge.
I have a twitter and Facebook, but I really only use Facebook these days to occasionally get in touch with some of my old high school friends. I don't post anything at all and probably log in every other day or so. Twitter on the other hand, I've started using quite a lot over the past few months and gotten active with it. It's a great source of finding out what's happening in the world and there are a lot of interesting articles and people that can be found over twitter. Essentially, the difference is your twitter feed doesn't have to be pointless drivel like it is on most other social media sites.
@Tara, i'd like private coaching on how you'd market products to your target audience without scaring them off ... sometimes marketing can be something else, you really need to get into people's minds and know what they want before unleashing your products...right?!
