I do skip brekkie quite regularly, either because I'm sleeping in til noon or I'm going to school at 6:30am. THAT'S RIGHT, MY SCHOOL STARTS AT 6:45AM.

What do you often eat, if you don't mind my asking? I'm just not into eating cereal, and I'm too used to having more elaborate breakfasts (like pho) so eating a quick breakfast just isn't in my cards
A lot of times , or should I say 6 days out of the week, I do skip breakfast, because I tend to feel like I am running late and if I do take the time to make breakfast everything will fall out of place and time, so I would rather skip it, in order to be on time.

No. I have made having breakfast a very important part of my day. To me breakfast is very important and it help me to get my mind in the right place and get me prepared to take on the day. Whenever I don't have breakfast it is really hard for me to be able to concentrate in the morning and then I end up normally feeling a lot more grumpy because my stomach is empty and I am really hungry.
I used to skip breakfast because I am usually not very hungry in the morning, but recently I have had apple slices and then a few bites of Greek yogurt.
