Oh wow, that was entertaining to read and made me laugh. Everything these days is monitored by CCTV equipment and he was stupid for doing that. Of course the police department and jails will have cameras everywhere, that is the primary ways these places are monitored these days. I love it!
I do not agree with people who try to do that. It is just unacceptable seeing people frame others to have satisfaction. I am tired of it and this guy got what was coming.
I do believe it is one of the worst thing that you can do. Blaming someone like police should never be done . IT is not worth the risk.
Respect goes both ways. This man was trying to take advantage of situations happening in the news to avoid having to deal with the police. The reality is this guy thought he could get away with something because he thought he could cry foul with the cops. Regardless, it's absolutely hilarious that some people come to this kind of conclusion as being the smart thing to do.
People are absolutely ridiculous. I just can't get my head around the bizarre actions some people take. If you fake a crime you are going to get in a lot of trouble. As you should. Cops have enough crap to deal with as it is. Don't need to deal with added idiocy of fake assaults.
There are plenty of people that will tell you the opposite, you can get in trouble with the police for doing nothing at all. there are just as many horror stories these days of people doing innocent stuff and next thing they know they are being tased or worse. You would have to be an idiot to do something bad once you are in custody, but I do think you need to be aware of your rights and be very careful if you are being stopped for something that should not be a problem. A few years ago I ran into a stretch where every time I turned around I was being pulled over by the police. I never once got a ticket in any of the incidents and the police seemed to be overly hostile in their dealings with me. I find out about a year ago what the issue was, it seems there is someone in my area with the same name that is wanted on a bench warrant. No doubt with all these new plate readers and stuff my name came up flagged. It is a very common name, so I can see without having other identifiable things where this can be an issue. But here is my feeling on that, there are many people with common names so does that mean you should just stop people and interrogate them like they are a criminal? Had I been smart mouthed or anything but cooperative they (the police) might have felt justified in treating me like a potential wanted felon. You just have to use your head and be careful.
Agreed respect goes both ways. I just do not like it when people try to make things seem like it is not their fault when it is.
What a frickin idiot!! There are so many nut jobs out there looking to make a buck it sickens me. Eventually women will be walking in an say that all of the cops raped her.
