I always just ask around for odd jobs. Usually, something will come up and I will be perfectly suited for the work. It is generally something like yard work or other manual labor, which I am fine with. I also go to eBay and start selling things.
Good post. When I was a kid and a younger man, I could always make a few bucks doing yard work and work around the houses of people in the neighborhoods I lived in.
Another option that hasn't been brought up yet is to budget your money and having a "saftey net" already established so you can deal with situations in which you need an unexpected couple hundred extra dollars. I've ruthlessly been budgeting for about a year now (as I've become financially independent from my parents) and its worked out remarkably well for paying off school loans, paying off bills and putting away a little something every month. It took some sacrifice in putting off some things I wanted to buy, but I'm in a position where I could deal with just about any unexpected financial hurdle that comes up comfortably, while maintaining my current lifestyle.
Budgeting definitely helps. It helps you to build disciple and character in my opinion. It also helps you to be prepared for emergencies such as your car breaking down or a medical emergency. Helps you to avoid situations such as this as well as you'll have a nice savings account built up.
Quick money is a concept that is never seen usually. I definitely think one should be careful while investing on something and i do not think it is right if it si not done in right manner.
When me and my husband started to save for various things we decided that 20% of our paycheck should be put into savings monthly. It goes a long way.
best way to earn quick is to have an established business and then make as much profit as you want. I do believe that it is really of not great importance to try and get money from small business.
Exactly. I don't think it even matters how much you put away every month as long as you're doing it. For your family, I bet that 20% has paid itself off hugely in developing a strong savings account. But for others, if you're putting away even 5% of your income, that's money that can at least help put a dent for a rainy day. The besy way to get quick money is avoiding situations where you need to have money fast in the first place.
There are get rich quick ideas out there for anyone who wants to work online but what you going to encounter is making only pennies on the dollar. In order to make a decent amount of money in a quick manner you would have to actually go through the process of setting up a website and offering services or being part of a forum and where you have a great reputation and advertising your services as well. I'm not going to suggest any size or any of that get paid to sites because it's pretty much pointless.
