I believe a push for single payer is inevitable sooner or later. I think this whole thing was set up for that. http://dailycaller.com/2014/12/30/o...ber-in-2009-obamacare-will-not-be-affordable/
Yeah, its fairly well known that Democrats arent a fan of for profit health insurance. They want the government to control the whole system. OmamaCare was a stepping stone towards that. Its a very heavy handed piece of legislation that increases governments rold heavily.
It's often a combination of things. FDR had good intentions, but the New Deal, (both versions) were poorly planned and executed and didn't stimulate the economy and then WW II came along anyhow. Today I think Bush Jr., did little to help the people and the war has cost lives and trillions. Then the collapse of the banking system affected the whole system and plunged the world economy into debt and a recession. The world is slowly recovering, as it can take decades before things can reach any kind of normality.
Wasn't there a surplus after Bill Clinton left office a couple of years ago? If that statement was true, then every president after that has brought it to where it is now.
The problem is not just in America but the whole world. What does America have in common with The Roman Empire? The British Monarch? They were empires that led the world, but power corrupted them and they got kicked out of the top....same thing is happening in America...so its not just the president, its the citizen also
Each president had it's own decisive contribution to the reigning economy issues. They are at the hands of the banks and conspiracy theories or not really say that wars are caused to improve economics, so is there a president better than the others?
No. But much of the debt we've accumulated has been in the last dozen or so years. And Obama is on pace to have accumulated more debt than all other presidents combined by the time he leaves office.
