Twitter is not gonna be the top social media site by year end... And while you can argue that they are overvalued Facebook is here to stay.
I agree, Twitter will never be as big as Facebook, actually I see it as a light Facebook and according to the latest news, so do the markets.
We never know what the future will bring, but the format itself from Twitter and Facebook shows us that the Facebook attracts more people and therefore more advertisers, so more money.

Yes its not that much about the users its about the advertisers. That's where the money comes for Twitter, Facebook etc.

I never opened a Twitter account and I stopped using Facebook a while ago. I understand that social media is all the rave right now, but it is such a time waster. If I want to talk to my friends and family I just call or text them. I just don't have time in my life to devote to social networking anymore.
Twitters new profile is bad for their network. It sucks. They are trying to copy facebook and doing a horrible job at it. They need to do their own thing and not focus on facebook so much. Twitter is a different type of social network they need to realize that and go in a different direction that sets them apart.
Yeah, I agree with you Jaydon, when a company tries to copy other company sometimes that doesn't go well and they end up losing what they were good at.
