The problem with Obama's foreign policy is that it's easy to point out the mistakes because they involve nearly everything he touches. It's the election season and I have no idea what Romney's intentions are but I'm sure of this. He had the forethought to know what the issues were and he would have made a much better president than the one that got elected.

If Romney had one, it is very hard to believe America's foreign policy would be as in bad as shape as it is now. It certainly wouldn't be great, but at least we'd have leadership on that front rather than the current crew.

I wouldn't call it sour grapes. I'd call it a very smart, competent man pointing out the obvious.

America may have made its worst mistake ever in re-electing the community organizer Barack Obama. He's incredibly incompetent at best, or else is deliberately trying to weaken the US on the world stage. Either way his foreign policy is wrong and riddled with bad decisions for America.

Besides trying to make a "deal" with Iran that would give them nukes, alienating Israel and other allies, calling ISIS the "jv team", drawing a "red line" on Syria then doing nothing when they crossed it, and cutting and running from Iraq with no SOF agreement, I can't think of anything else.

The US election is already getting tense even with the election campaign still far away. As I have said in another thread, it would be very interesting to learn about the candidates' policies once election campaign starts. The debates would define them and that is one of the highlights I will surely be looking forward to watch.

And I was kinda sorta half joking and being a smartass, although what I posted is unfortunately no joke and all too true. :(

JR, unfortunately we both told the truth... in all my years, I've not not seen anything like this. I thought Carter was weak, but he is a shining star by comparison. At times I can't help humming Respect (Aretha Franklin, 1967). <sigh>
