Ranch Real Estate in Texas

    I will in the lower Rio Grande Valley in Texas. I always to have small 2-5 acre ranch to have as a home. I was wondering what is the average price range of this in Texas?

    As far as my knowledge and information it will be in between $100,000 to $584,900. But i would suggest you to go there and find out or take help of any broker who can help you out.

    I'd suggest finding a broker to help you out with this. They will get you high rates for your property and you'll have some time off. According to http://www.davincirealestate.net/, it should be worth between $300,000 and $800,000.

    You can find actual listings everywhere in the US at realtor.com and similar sites.

    As for the actual value of the property, you'll have to get it appraised. Sellers almost always ask for more than what the property is worth.

    For a good plot of land the price is going to be around 200-300k. This price is if you want to live close to the city. However, there further out you go you can get some cheap land in TX. In the range of $80-100k.
