I am not too much of a fan of Donald Trump so I think that is just looking for more attention. I do not think he would be capable of running this country. He would just run it to the ground by getting into a lot of heated confrontations.

Agreed. Plus the media is heavily biased towards the left anyway. If he was running as a Dem and spouting off liberal rhetoric, they'd be fawning all over him.

I don't know how long he'll stay in, but he'll certainly make it interesting - particularly if he makes it in to any of the debates. :D

Being Mexican, Donald Trump's recent media appearances have really resonated against my beliefs. He really caused a stir in local news stations. This stance will lose him a lot of voters and I honestly can't see him going anywhere. Do wonder why he decided to go with this. Still, as a man of such high importance in the country without being related to politics, I'm a little worried

Didn't this happen last election cycle too, or was he just testing the waters then without actually declaring an intent to run.

Donald Trump may be a good business man, but I don't think he would make a very good president. When it comes down to it the president doesn't really have that much individual power. There's a lot of give and take and negotiation to get your presidential agenda passed, and I think he's too accustomed to being the person with ultimate and complete control over every decision.

Well, as expected @realDonaldTrump is making things interesting. Perhaps bombastic, perhaps incredulous, but he is not dull. Frankly, I like the spiced up political news. On the other hand, I fear the conservatives in the Republican and Democrats parties will collectively shoot themselves in the foot and we'll wind up with another Saul Alinsky running the executive branch and controlling the legislative branch of the government. Smaller government, less spending. We don't need more impediments for those of us trying to run or invest in a business or make a bit of income. Taxes and the cost of living are killing us. You can't grow an economy by pushing on a wet string. All this administration has done is bifurcate the economy and create havoc in the world. Pfft.

He does this every election for the media attention. He is one of the few candidates this election that late night shows are picking up (not in a good way). How many people still take his candidacy seriously? Even if he is serious, he has no track record in public service.

I think there's no doubt that this is all about gaining media attention to he honest. Who in their right mind would vote for this guy to represent them?

For trump the election is just a way of keeping his name in the spotlight, and making sure people talk about him. Good and bad, he doest seem to care as long as he's getting some attention then he's happy.

I think he'd make a great Hillary attack dog for the GOP once the nominations are over and we have picked a GOP candidate to go against Hillary.
