How do you define the US government run by Obama administration? Most Americans are in confusion. disbelief, and even hostility when they've been deprived of freedom and right to business trade, healthcare, religion, and right to peacefully protest. Americans need to reeducate themselves about how to assert their freedom and their right to First Amendment.

Obama has abused his power yeah but that doesn't make him an autocratic leader so obviously the Obama administration isn't fascist. As him being a socialist, though he's done things which would get him called a socialist, he's isn't a socialist. Take a look at the article I've linked to below:

    http://capitalismmagazine.com/2014/05/obama-socialist/
conservatives call Barack Obama a “socialist.” He certainly is an enemy of the free market . . . he [doesn't] want government ownership of the means of production, which has long been a standard definition of socialism . . . what President Obama has been pushing for, and moving toward, is more insidious: government control of the economy, while leaving ownership in private hands. That way, politicians get to call the shots but, when their bright ideas lead to disaster, they can always blame those who own businesses in the private sector.

I don't think the Obama administration fits neatly into either category. While I'm certainly not a fan of the administration, I wouldn't compare it to a fascist regimes. We still have too many freedoms here to be compared to a dictatorial society. Obamas philosophy is definitely socialist and/or Marxist in nature, but he is unable to implement a lot of his agenda.

Obama, wasn't the greatest I realize, but he did some great things while in office as well as the not-so-great. Whether or not you think the good outweighed the bad, I don't think it's ever fair to compare him to a fascist dictator type role. I have to admit, I do find myself agreeing with a bunch of socialist ideas, but even if I was a hardcore capitalist, I would simply see Obama as somebody who tried to implement socialism, but only was able to take it a very short distance due to the pullback from the rest of the government. Not a big bad fascist dictator.

I am more interested in seeing how the Average American Citizen would classify his predecessor. What does hindsight say about the Bush years?

Obama is a social democrat like most of the left in Europe.

    From urbandictionary.com
"A Social democrat is a centre-leftist or libertarian leftist, who supports a mixed economy with some government regulation on essential services or government ownership, in order to prevent corperat abuse of these services. Social democrats also support environment regulation, public education to level out the playing field, and social programes to help the less fortunate become better off.

Social democrats include Canada's NDP and many Northern European governments, which contributed to Northern Europe's modern Hight standard of living."

He is totally a socialist, if not worse. Remember, that most if not all of his early influences in life were hard-core communists and SJWs. Obamacare is government control over one of the largest sectors of the economy. He has instructed the bureaucracies he controls to strongly regulate as much as he can, and he has called for higher taxes as often as possible. Everything he does and says is a call for the gov't to take more control. How was the Stimulus (total failure) not a socialist program.
I believe, if it were possible, that there is nothing this man would not do to increase his power, even resorting to violence if possible. He has already helped sow racial tension in this country with too many instances to list. He is a bad man with a dark heart. Wake up, you foolish people.

The fabian socialist movement has been advancing in America for quite some time. Woodrow Wilson was really the first American president to espouse this destructive philosophy. Obviously it has accelerated under people like FDR, LBJ and Obama.

I think the republicans should cut Obama some slack. Obama's administration has done a solid job trying to clean up Bush mess especially in the middle East. The void filled by the invasion of Iraq is one of the major reasons why ISIS emerged. Didn't Bush lie about Weapons of Mass Destruction? There is no perfect president and I don't think the next president will be any better. Furthermore, congress has really frustrated Obama's administration.

Obama's regime, as well as most of the democratic party are definitely moving America toward socialism. The government takeover of the healthcare industry is the latest example, but all of the policies Obama has forced through with executive order continue to move us in that direction. I think if you want to live in a socialist country, then you should move to one. There are plenty to choose from and Canada is not that far to go. America has been a great nation because of our belief in personal freedom. It makes us strong and independent, and the more the government tries to control, the weaker we become as individual citizens.
