It's no secret that the Iranian government doesn't like Americans at all. They burn American flags all the time and chant death to America. The government it appears expects all Iranians to hate Americans. Should they suspect that you don't then you might be jailed. How would they know?

    Easy.

I wonder if they also strip and arrest anyone wearing clothes imprinted with "satanic symbols."

I do have friends that were born and raised in Iran. They left because of religious differences and fled to Hawaii. But from what I'm told they before school starts in the morning all of the school kids are taught to say death to America. Something like how American school kids are taught and trained to say the pledge of allegiance. But in their version, they say death.

As far as the being arrested for wearing satanic symbols on their shirts, why would even wear that in Iran full knowing that you will be arrested or put to death for such a crime. It's like me walking around the USA with a shirt that says "I LOVE ISIS". Can you imagine the backlash and the pistol whipping I would get from wearing a shirt like that in the States?

And there are hard line right wingers who wish death upon Iran and all Muslims.
If they had it they're way the Bible would be taught in all our schools and the pledge would be death to Islam.

If we listen to those types then what is gained?

Religious fanatics will be ruling the world. That's a prediction said by our high school teacher in religion subject. He said that fanatics are like robots who follow whatever their leader would tell them. When I saw the movie Guyana Tragedy, about the full control of pastor Jim Jones over his followers, I thought that was it. But now with the Islamic extremists, I think that prediction is coming true to form. What would happen to the world? Or should I say what is happening to the world?

Your history teacher was right. There'll come a time when religious fanatics will rule the world but it won't be Muslims. You've probably heard of the ecumenical movement. You've probably heard the Pope talk about dialog with Muslims. They[religious leaders] want global religious unity. When that happens [it will] religious folks will outnumber atheists and whatever laws they'll have agreed to keep shall be the law. I pity those who'll be around when that happens.

Religious fanatics will never rule the world. As long as there is a Rothschild bloodline, it will never happen. I read a story that was printed in a paper back in 1829 that wrote about the Rothschild's buying Jerusalem.

Google "1829 Rothschilds buy Jerusalem" and click on the rare newspapers link for the story.

Until Armageddon happens and every human on the planet is gone, money will rule the world. Always.

That nuclear program Iran is wanting to get off the ground? Their God isn't buying it for them. Money is. You can hate America because of religious beliefs all want, you will never be able to physically initiate anything that will bring death to anyone..........without money.

I don't think that any one group will ever achieve world domination. There are too many factions for one to be able to rule over all. The balance of power will shift back and forth and it is already questionable that we are the most powerful country on earth anymore. I am sure that there are all types of people in Iran, but I would say that a majority of them probably are brainwashed to hate America and our citizens.

Hmm yes, even though unlike most American's I don't really have a quarrel with the current administration, I am wondering why they think trusting the Iranians is a good idea. Is it all for the sake of oil or to avert a recession? I can only think it is to try to promote some kind of harmony in the Middle East, but I really am not sure what the reasons were behind the deal, besides the obvious ones. I guess we have to realize we are not party to all of the intelligence.

I'd be quite frankly amazed if people in Iran didn't hate America. After all America is bombing two Muslim countries at the moment and killing huge numbers of people in what can most aptly be labelled acts of terrorism. If they didn't hate America I'd find them rather strange. America has bombed 25 countries in the last 25 years and I'm sure all of them hate America too. If you want to be liked - don't kill people. I find that helps things along a little bit. I quite like America, but then I'm from England so my daughters head hasn't been blown off. I bet they hate United Kingdom too.

I see no reason not to trust the Muslim countries though. I'm sure your average Iranian just wants to do well in life and work a good job. If we stopped bombing his roof off he might think we are good people.

I think the US wants instability in that region. Reason being is that if there is a conflict then there will always be a reason for the US to be there. As long as we keep on bombing the area and creating more threat like ISIS, we will always have a foot in the door to make camp and have a presence there. The US will do what is in it's best interest to keep the oil supply flowing into our tankers. They don't care about harmony. No money to be made form that.

Now that negotiations have concluded, the US has sold millions on weaponry to neighboring countries.
