Hi guys! This is Rohan Rinaldo Felix. I am 23 years old and live in Chennai. I have a background in English Literature but have been interested in the stock markets for quite a while. While I have a very long way to go before actually investing my money, I want to do my homework properly, and that's the reason I'm here!

Oh well hello there Rohan. I support you in your intention to learn more prior to starting your investment. Stock Market is a very good way to own some part of good companies and to earn some passive income through dividends. But it has some risks involve so you really have to learn first before engaging your money. You can select a broker that allows you to have a demo account so you could experience it first if you are not yet ready risking your real money. Good luck to you!

Rohan welcome aboard, information is the key to everything. I am also relatively new to investing but have learned some quick lessons. My first advice to you is never invest your hard earned money without research about the stock and its fundamentals. There is also the technical analysis angle which many traders use as well, information about what the company is doing now and its plans for the future is helpful in predicting the possible future stock trends for that company.
