If true they certainly weren't following their karma and belief. And even so it still leaves hundreds of millions of people slain by atheists.

We live in a capitalist world where money is god is wars and killings are part of our day to day, so it's case to say that our humanity is lost.

We have been conditioned through manipulative means to worship everything and anything other than God.

The sport stadiums and cinemas are the modern day churches, man has to have something to idolise. The satanic cult that controls us has ensured the removal of anything Godly from our society starting with schools, and replaced with everything ungodly. As their aim is to invert and corrupt. Hence why we now have all kinds of addictions, vices, and witchcraft.

There is literally no such thing as an atheist. God gave us ALL a conscience, to know right from wrong, he wrote his existence onto our hearts and conscience as well. We all have knowledge of God. And the bible says ALL are without excuse on judgment day. He also gave us creation as proof of his existence for those who ask for it, besides a conscience.

    The music isn't too bad.
Plus in my area since no one goes to church anymore, a lot of old churches have been converted into really cool looking breweries and museums so they gave us that too.

It also gave people over the last few thousand years an easy way to explain complex phenomenon and a power/social structure that allowed civilization to flourish.
Religion was a very useful tool for us, but it's time as passed as we have developed more enlightened ways to figure things out and organized ourselves.

I agree that we have entered a time when it would be smarter to move away from religion. We don't quite need to use it and false gods as an excuse for our actions anymore.

We've grown as a species, and we will continue to grow and change. There will always be those people who cling to their religion, but I think over the years it will become fewer and fewer.

As someone raised in a Catholic home, I can say I've never been happier than I am not that I stopped devoting my life to a ghost.

I am an atheist, I feel far from "lost". I have a strong sense of what's right and wrong, of principles and values. I think that the world is full of miracles--the fact that I'm even typing this and sending it through the ether to all of you is a miracle, and MANKIND invented that technology, and mankind is here as a result of an amazing set of circumstances. I don't need a "God" for me to believe in the incredible, for I see it every day.

One could be very technical here and say that Sweden was in fact a religious state, as it is structured as a "constitutional monarchy", and the monarch is invested with their royal title through a religious ceremony involving various religious clerics.

I am a Christian, sometimes I get impatient with God, but there's no way that I would deny God, when one denies God, what they are actually doing is denied the entire reason for life, and by extension, denying good. I agree that God is the creator of all life but in life there's bad, but that doesn't mean that God actually creates "bad", he merely allowing us humans to do as we please, it's called free will.. hence why we are a little above the animals of this Earth. In any case, sooner or later, one will realize that there's a God, so,atheist...now or later?
