God's main plan for all of us is to KNOW him personally. John 17:3 that we might know THEE the only true God! That's what he created us for and came and died for. Now, he may have a WILL for a Christian's life, but that's different. His PLAN is that we'd fellowship with him personally.

    Oh awesome!
That means I don't have to think for myself or take responsibility for my actions, since it's all planned out!

There are many people that don't believe in God, and those who have lost faith in him, so what happens to them? It doesn't stop God from existing, and whether they believe or not, it nay not stop the natural course of events. Plans can change, and free will allows people to choose to what plan to follow. Whether God has a hand in things is something that each of us have to decide to believe in.

Personally I'd rather think that I'm able to make my own plans in life and the people that do think it's all gods doing, to me, are simply passing the blame onto God for their life not working out exactly as they wanted it to.

They are looking for an excuse to hide behind, and if they can say it's not my fault, but God's...that will make them feel better no doubt.

Well I think that there are times in life when it is nice to think that he does, and then there are times when it is nice to think that he doesn't. OF course we all spend our whole lives wondering questions like this, and we will never know any answer, but I think that it is worthwhile to examine and to think about. If he does, he certainly had some twists and turns planned for me.

Do you get to know HIM from inside a young boys anus?? Is that why all the religious leaders and the pious are looking for answers there?

What are your thoughts on this?

I think that there has to be something for us. There has to be meaning to all of this. And even if we believe in God or not, there's no doubt that we should live our lives according to what we want it to be. So pursue whatever you want to be, and believe that there has to be a reason to why we're here.

How are we to know what we are meant to do?

I guess we have to look within ourselves. Only us know what we're meant to do. What are your dreams, goals and wishes, you would have to know yourself to achieve those.

Why do we suffer as human beings if there is a plan for us?

Suffering is part of living. All of us have struggles and pains, even if it's a point in our life or somehow, almost our whole lives. Suffering makes us stronger and better people. What doesn't kill us makes us stronger in the end.

I am Wiccan, but I do believe that we all have a bigger purpose. I'm one of those people that think that our Destiny is already written and no matter what we do, we cannot change it. For example, if I am trying to find a job and the ones I keep applying to are turning me down regardless of my qualifications, I take it as a sign from the universe that I'm not meant to be in those types of jobs anymore. I guess my beliefs are a little silly, but it's what I believe.

We probably all have a purpose in life, but whether that comes from God, or just a feeling inside yourself, I think we all have things we are supposed to do in life. Most people try to figure out there purpose in life for years, but I think in general we were put on earth to help others, but how we do that, varies from person to person.

According to the bible, there is a plan however the plan will probably not be mainly be concerned with the normal everyday running of our lives. The ultimate plan is concerned with us obeying or not obeying the rules so that we may either end up in heaven or hell. The message is clear when it comes to everyday life, God helps those who help themselves and by the sweat of your brow, you shall eat bread; our success in life is dependent on the efforts that we are prepared to make.
