To be honest, I have never been in any accidents at all that an angel saved my life. Or maybe it's the other way around, maybe my angel has saved me from being in such accidents. The thing is, we cannot be sure whether angels do exist. My dentist related this story about her baby falling on the floor. But she said that the pillow fell first and thereby cushioned the baby's fall. She further told me that her angel was there at that time and saved her. Is this story real? Yes. But is it really the angel that saved her? We don't know for sure. Anyway, if we think about it, we may be surrounded by mortal angels. Those good samaritans who have helped us. Or maybe we have been angels to other people as well. And that idea, brightens up my idea really.
I don't know ... it would be a nice thought. However, the horrors I've seen, in both this country and in my travels in the developing world, makes it hard for me to believe in divine intervention. If there is a God with an army of angels, they seem to not believe in micromanaging. In other words, the age old "problem of evil".
They absolutely do. I'm a living testimony of that. The Bible says they're ministering spirits sent to minister to those who will be heirs of salvation. I got in a bad car crash a couple of years ago, and I wasn't saved. Two men came to help me out of nowhere and in the middle of the night. Back then I didn't think much of it. But now that I'm saved, I know they were angels. The Bible never says angels stop ministering.
Guardian angels always help. They are always there. I believe that they are the messengers of God. Whenever your conscience disturbs you, it is your guardian angel that tells you that what you are doing is wrong.
I don't believe in angels, I do believe in coincidences. Often times someone will appear and present you with information or inspiration that you needed to hear in that very moment. But angels? Not so much.
I don't know about angels, but I think that the spirits of our ancestors help us when we really need it. Other than that, I don't think something as grand as an angel would waste the time.
