“Almost all of the people I was protesting with I had seen at my interview and training class. At the rally, talking with some of them, I learned they only paid Latinos $500, Muslims $600 and African Americans $750. I don’t think they were looking for any Asians. Women and children were paid half of what the men got and illegals received $300 across the board. I think I was paid more than the other protesters because I was white and had taken classes in street fighting and boxing a few years back” from ABC news
Much of the protester nonsense is brought about by George Soros' organizations, as I suggested in the http://www.bullmarketboard.com/threads/6991-Trump-protesters-et-al-enough-already thread. ABC and other MSM won't mention, much less discuss, the Soros connection.
Well I am confused as to what this is, but it seems to be a testimonial of some sort. It makes me wonder if paid protesters is normal, and if it is even happening here because again I do not know what this is. If they were being paid, though, I would not be too surprised to see that as a tactic in today's political arena.
Wouldn't surprise me at all. There are SO many levers at work trying to stifle Donald Trump. I don't endorse the man myself but it is fascinating watching all the heat, all the powers that be, trying to squash his presidency, and the people simply will NOT have it. The more they try and destroy him, the stronger he gets. When will people learn that The Streisand Effect is real?
I wonder why politicians would pay money to those people. And I also wonder why those people would join the protest just to earn money. It is also happening here when there is a public rally, the politician pays people so his rally will have a lot of supporters. What's funny is when the opposing party makes their own public rally, the same faces arrive with some of those faces captured by media camera and seen on news reports on tv. Truly joining politics requires big expense that's why I have the notion that they steal money from the government when they win.
These days it seems like people are willing to do anything and everything as long as they're getting paid for it, so to me it comes as no surprise that includes protesting aswell. If that is the case as it appears to be, it would be interesting to see just how many people would turn up and protest if they weren't being paid, half? Maybe even only a quarter of what turn up now maybe?
I wouldn't question the existence of paid protestors. People will do anything for money, but this particular situation seems odd to me. There are plenty of people that genuinely do not like Trump and would protest without needing to get paid. If this is true, it seems like a complete waste of money. You could go walk the streets and find plenty of people that would protest for free.
Some protesters are recruited via Craiglist ads and paid $16 per hour. I don't know if there's some way those who hire them track the time they spend planning protests and going out to actually protest. The protests were meant to smear Sanders and Trump but they might have just the opposite effect. Though the truth is out, I doubt Hillary supporters will abandon her.
As I'very said before here and elsewhere, many (most? all?) of the paid protesters are paid through George Soros' organizations under his umbrella Open Society Foundations. Very obvious. Links provided in my other threads. Do your own research and have a read on the overall and particular objectives. And the "teachings" of Alinsky-Cloward-Piven are entangled with the goals of the various Soros groups. For me, it's all very scary that some of the US voters fall for this progressive claptrap.
Of course the protesters at the Trump rally might have the stuffing knocked out of them. I think if I was a paid protester, I would just stand quietly with my sign.. USe it as a weapon if need be. That might be the safest thing to do. There are enough people that are repulsed by Trump, that I am surprised they had to pay protesters at all!
