Of course he exists. He is charged with punishing those that arrive are evil or reject God's forgiveness. He isn't the source of evil, he is the final solution. Humans are the source of evil. He just deals with those of us that give in to evil thoughts. He deals with those of us that reach our end without honestly seeking the forgiveness and wisdom of God.
All of us are capable of being good and evil and it's up to us to give in to those evil thoughts. Why is it so easy to fall on evil side though but for you to remain good and pure, you have to have a great amount of self discipline and will power to brush off the temptations? It's insane.
Maybe there are more than one malevolent forces at work with different agendas? It's hard to say when people have these experiences sometimes they are not as innocent as they make out either and that 'force' was seeking justice? One must accept that evil exists, but often that is hidden and trickery is used and that's when you must instinctively discover whether a power is for good or evil.
Nobody is going to be able to prove if the devil exists or not, so it's always going to be just a belief. Religion, God and the devil are always going to be part of a belief system that not everyone has.
Nah. But I do think that evil is real thought. There are a lot of people out there in the world who mean to do harm and they're more real to me than any ghost or demon or hellspawn.
If there is a devil, then there must also be his antipode. Although as stated above: if you believe in it, it exists. Personally, I'm an atheist.
