When is the last time you verified a paypal with your card. I didn't think you could do that anymore. Did you use the mastercard from payoneer?

By the way how does Payoneer work like...how many business working days until you receive your money? On a completely different note is Skrill moneybookers alright as in are they legit?

I have never even heard of Payoneer until now so that means I didn't need it for anything connected to PayPal. As a matter of fact I don't have a bank account connected to my PP account.

I searched the Internet and can't find a good reason as to why people who live in the USA cannot get a payoneer account. Is this some international type of Paypal that we Yanks are not invited too?

Three possibilities spring to mind. First of all, he might not have a card associated with his bank account. Secondly, he might be setting up a second Paypal account for a business or something, so he wants to keep his personal account seperate. Finally, it is possible that he's setting it up for...slightly not quite white hat reasons.

It usually takes 3-4 working days. I've had it appear in two mind. Basically, once the money is in your account you can use your card to pay for things anywhere you want, as long as they accept credit cards.

Weirdly, even though it's a debit card, it works the same way a credit card works, so some shops won't be able to handle it. I found this out the hard way when doing a big grocery shop, and had to put it all back because my Payoneer card wasn't accepted. Which was a real pain because it was accepted just the week before!

yes but once you fund a site using payoneer as your credit card (eg a gambling site) how would you withdraw your funds ? they put it back onto an imaginary credit card? or can you put it into an ewallet like skrill?

I had no issues verifying my Paypal account through traditional methods. In fact it did not take that long to get my account verified with my Golden1 bank account info. Its really easy if you do live in the US so I can see why some other people would have some issues.
