Brokers can't be right all the time, they are not bots, and besides even bots make mistakes or run out of steam. My point is; be balance with your expectation from your broker and yourself.
Nobody is perfect, not even robots are perfect. Same thing goes for these brokers, just that the mistake should not be more than the good services they have.
If you or a family member/friend have a close relationship with a broker it might be worth organising a day in the office watching what happens. I have worked in that environment and I guarantee one day was never the same as the last
Of course they are not, but that doesn't mean we will accept everything from them and tolerate all their mistakes just because we are not perfect. We need to be serious with them, so they'll know we are not joking.
It's not bad if you switch in my opinion, but the question is; which will be better? Because you really don't know the one you will register with afresh. Why not stick with the first and see if you can work things out.
Can we really know a broker 100% and not get any surprises in the future? It's hardly possible, we just have to be balanced with our expectations.
But this doesn't mean that we should be carefree while selecting a broker, we should be sure to satisfy our demands to a reasonable degree.
This is true, but we can't show at anytime to them that we expect anything less from them. This can help them keep at what they do best.
