Yes, Capital is indeed Capital, one of the most important aspects and I would say the most, for it decides your income. At Forex, you can open an account with as little as $100 but that is no good for it is more risk than income. You have to think about a decent amount, $2000 at least to earn a good sum and if you risk 1%also you will not lose too much money. So think about your capital in a capital way!:)

Trading capital is extremely important. Actually, it defines the possibilites trader will have at the market. If the initial capital is small enough, the buying pover available would be also small. At the same time, most of the newbie traders came to the market having very small sums of money. That is why many trading platforms allow traders to have small accounts and provide them with huge leverage to create a substantial buying power available. It all looks very attractive, but one should keep in mind capital management risk rules to avoid huge losses caused by overloading your account with marginal positions. Many novice traders fail just because they use leverage provided by the broker to get the positions that exceed their financial capabilities and affordable risk that is suitable due to the initial trading capial.

Rightly said, a trader needs a decent high capital to make substantial profit. $2000 is small for long term trade. I think you can only scalp with that. To be able to hold off a trade for more than 3 days, you need $10,000 at least for start. Invest a good capital with Forexchief broker and you will succeed.
