Some very fair comments but I have a suspicion that Apple is starting to run out of new revolution products. Have they not milk the iPhone dry?
Apple is now facing pressure on a number of fronts - Netflix/Roku on the streaming side and now Google on the fitness device side.
Apple is just going from strength to strength. Maybe the takeover of FitBit has put a higher value on Apple's similar product?
There is no stopping Apple at the moment - maybe there is a big deal on the way? Are they going to spend a bit of that huge warchest?
It seems that they change their strategy - now they present new products from time to time instead of waiting for the next annual presentation. To my mind, for the traders it would result in lower volatility during such presentations. A few days ago they presented new MBP 16 with the new keyboard. Investing in Apple has two sides: from the first one, there is a huge number of people using their products so they are less likely to switch to other. From another side, such large company has relatively small growth potential and in short term perspective could be impacted substantially by negative trends existing at the market nowadays.
I agree with your comments about limited products and many markets moving ex-growth. I disagree a little about client loyalty - they will leave as soon as the next "big" product comes around. The share price is far far too high for me.
I just dont know where the huge growth to justify the rating the shares demand is going to come from? Can anyone enlighten me?
