Just a reminder on time shifting that affects the timing of the live business shows airing from studios in the UK and Far East. These shows are described in the earlier messages. The UK and Europe changed today, October 25, to winter (standard) time. The USA, aside from the usual no-change areas, changes next Sunday, November 1. Japan, Hong Kong and Singapore don't shift time.

Tonight Bloomberg's "Trending Markets" and "Countdown" are affected. For this week only, USA viewers of the London-based "Countdown" will see the show an hour later (2 a.m. EDT).

If your CATV provider's program guide isn't properly handling time changes, I think http://www.timeanddate.com/ may be the best resource to sort things out.

I had a little bit of a moment this morning when I looked at the clock a few minutes before 2 and when I looked back it was a few minutes after 1. Thought I was going a bit crazy until I remembered it was the changing of the clocks :D

Same thing happens to me twice a year haha...

Just a reminder that now, today, NA has returned to standard (winter) time, the one-week oddity timing shift of shows (mentioned above) originating in Europe and the Far East is over. Adjust accordingly.

By the way, the business news segment in the NHK World news (see above) seems to have now expanded to 9 or 10 minutes. The segment continues to carry news of the Japanese and Korean markets not always well-covered (IMHO) by the BBC, Bloomberg and CNBC.

Exante brokerage company is the best platform for trading. There are a lot of benefits to using europian company like:
    • Taxes.
    • Brokerage Account. More flexibility, based on what you sell. Must typically claim any capital gains as taxable income.
    • Retirement Account. Specific tax benefits, depending on the IRA you choose.
    • Checking Account. No taxes incurred.
    Check exante broker review
