The Ministry had to file its defense by April 29, 2022 or at the latest on May 3, 2022. Deep-South will have until May 13, 2022 to file its reply to the defense of the Ministry. The Court will hold another hearing on May 18, 2022. The judge has also drawn the attention of the parties to the Part 6 of the Rules of High Court.
