    PHILADELPHIA (AP) - Philadelphia 76ers general manager Sam Hinkie quit Wednesday after turning the organization into one of the worst teams in NBA history.
    Hinkie didn't even last three full seasons and left the Sixers with the worst record in the league at 10-68.
