I believe that taking care of pets is fun and enjoyable as long as you love pets. Also you can spend a lot of time to take care of them. But if you are allergic to pets I think it is best to avoid them. If you are scared of pets it is best to stay away from them.
The matter is not taking care of them shilpa, the matter is that they can damage our property, so I would not allow pets in my properties, no way.
I would allow people to have pets on my property, but I would require a pet deposit. I don't think that it is really fair to have families, particularly with children, rent a house and then those children not be able to experience the joy of having a pet.
