I think that anything porn industry does would not vanish. The internet itself has become a centerpoint for pornography. Everywhere you go you would see some sort of porn ad luring you into viewing the content that it contains.

They say that prostitution is the oldest profession in the world (I've always said that it's banking haha), so I think that it's wrong, but it has ever been like this...

I do think that our morals get corrupted quite easily. I believe pornograhy should be restricted to some extent at least. It is better to have a control upon it than anything else.

Restricting access to porn doesn't mean it would disappear. In fact this would drive up the demand for porn and things would get to be worse than it is.
Anyone who says porn corrupts should just stop watching it. The solution to the problem [if problem it is] is that simple.

We need a proper study done before we can launch such thesis.

Back in 2008, some researchers said that the net is used mostly for finding porn. This insatiable thirst for porn has made sex-trafficking a lucrative trade because once those who make porn "buy" someone they won't be paying, they get to make some profit from them even if all they show on their sites are porn-related ads.

Maybe if ISPs were to block ALL porn websites, we'd see a drop in porn consumption?

If significant other is not having that much sex with you then of course it would be a problem. Porn is something that most people would deal with. It is not related to birth rates.

I think there are a number of factors responsible for our moral decay, and though we're experiencing a tsunami of porn online, I don't think its a contributing factor. Sure some young (stupid) men may believe and try to re-enact what they see in these films, overall most people enjoy pornography healthily (often with partners) and also learn a great deal. Unless you've had a number of sexual partners, the likelihood is that all your knowledge comes from experience, which may or may not be sufficient for future relationships. Porn (if used the right way) can almost fill in gaps in your knowledge, making you an overall better sexual partner.

Um, I don't think so, no. We're wired to want to procreate, so porn will naturally perk our interest, don't you think? Besides, I know a lot of my friends watch porn and they'd never cheat on their girl/boyfriends and are really upright citizens.

I an not really sure whether it really leads to decline in morality. But it has definitely created a niche for open stars and sluts that usually are trying to find some job .
