What are beard transplants anyway? It's pretty much the same hair transplants which you can learn more about here: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Hair_transplantation Apparently beard transplant surgeries are on the rise as growing beards gets to be more fashionable. Between 2004 and 2014 the number of beard transplants shot up by 600%. One person said the reason he chose to have a beard transplant was because with his "babyface" people found it hard to trust him. http://www.upi.com/Odd_News/2015/10...eard-transplants/6551443730700/?spt=slh&or=11 Great. Now you need a beard for people to trust you?
hehe, where the hell is this world going to. And yeah I actually read about this in some crappy news website earlier today... guess it's the next big craze in transforming how we look. Pointless... and quite funny that people would go this far just to get a beard.
I never heard of such a thing as beard transplants. It just sounds like something you would find in science fiction. Well anyway it is a good thing to find when you are looking for quality ways to change your look. It is funny these guys can't grow their own beards. It would seem like they should be able to.
These fads don't stay around long. I guess people have been seen lots of actors sporting beards in movies and on TV and they want to have that new "great" look. Strange that while some people go to such lengths to get a beard there are some who want to get rid of theirs permanently [using laser hair removal] so they don't have to shave every day.
It seems like society is never happy these days and while a lot of people are resorting to plastic and laser surgery to get rid of unwanted hair, others are paying to have it put on! Fashion comes and goes, so to go to such extremes seems a little off to me and if I want a beard I'll just stick to the natural way and grow my own!
I can honestly say that I have never heard of such a thing. It seems that people are never truly happy with the way they are. They are always trying to change themselves. Stuff like that sells for that reason. I don't see it being around for long, just another fad.
This is one of the weirder things I've read all day and I read about a sheep getting knighted in the British Army. I wouldn't judge someone though if they wanted to get a beard transplant we all have our reasons. It's not a cheap transplant I'm sure they've thought about the operation a lot and ruminated over the positive and negative effects of getting the transplant.
Hmmm won't get one of these on my face. Just may open a beard salon and make a few bucks off the vanity of this nonsense.
Beards do seem to be the fashion accessory of the moment these days but as with any fashion I have no doubt that it will fade out soon, and then the beard transplant with also fade out along with it. I think it's a bit extreme to go to these lengths just to follow a fashion trend to be honest.
I have been seeing articles everywhere about this. From what I understand, men are choosing to get beard transplants because they feel less manly unable to grow one. I have also read that this also being made available for transgenders going from female to male. It's crazy what people will do these days.
