Biden has been bashful about revealing his intention to join the presidential race. However the moves he's making seem to suggest that he's thinking about getting into the white house as CIC. Biden's advisers have been reaching out to donors who don't have much faith in Hillary and according to some of them [Biden's advisers] he[ Biden] is doing this for his son [who before passing on, had asked him to run].

How would Biden's entry change things?

The race will suddenly get far more hilarious that it current is. In all seriousness, though, the DNC has got to be starting to get worried about the mounting corruption issues with the Hillary. Her approval rating continues to spiral downward. And who do the have instead? Sanders is 73 (if elected, older than any other previous) and is literally and quite openly a socialist. Beyond those two, few have even heard of Chafee, O'Malley, or Webb.

From what I read, the writings on the wall say it is Donald Trump in the lead for the Republican race. And for the other side, it is Hillary Clinton, the reason why she is being bashed lately and the Monica Lewinski scandal is being revived. I just don't know how Hillary can overcome her bashers but it looks like Biden, as for now, has no chance to beat Hillary for the Democratic nomination. Besides, Obama seems to be enamoured to Hillary.

Democrat field is pretty bad this time around. I think Hillary is very weak and vulnerable. Way too much baggage. While I'm not sure Biden can win the nomination I think he'd have a real solid base of support to at least make things interesting.

I like Biden but he appeals to the same base as Hillary and has a lot of the same problems. Adding him to the field is just going to screw things up for the Democrats. I hope he sees that and acts in the best interests of a Democrat victory.

There have not been very many successful runs by a VP that I can think of. That brings its own baggage.

I think Hillary is weak enough that Biden will get into the race. Clinton is having trouble fending off Bernie Sanders who is an extreme candidate. I think a more mainstream Democrat like Joe Biden could really give her trouble.
