Just saw your comment about this one @JR Ewing . That was one hell of a rocky ride with CARV:-
Took profits on SRPT above $160 on Tuesday. Hard to believe this one was trading as low as $8 a share in Jan 2016.
Also sold FMI on the buyout news:
Hi @JR Ewing
I trust you are well and things are hopefully starting to get back on track for you. Just wondering, are there any shares you are following at the moment? It would also be great to have your input on the Tesla saga.
One name offhand I am watching closely is old favorite SRPT. I have been buying a little more here and there on dips since the last big pop nearly 2 months ago. Looks like it's being accumulated again in the last few days.
As for TSLA, I am still hands off. If the market was anywhere near rational regarding the stock, I'd be short TSLA... of course the market is nowhere near rational when it comes to TSLA in particular - so I am still just staying away from it.
I would be very shocked if anyone paid anywhere near $420 for it, but of course I'm very shocked the stock has done as well as it has in recent years.
Hi @JR Ewing
I notice you traded ALNY in the past:-
Recovery on the cards?
Quite a bit of positive news knocking about:-
Have been out, back in, and out again in the last year or so.
SRPT has done quite well since I last mentioned it. VKTX also doubled overnight recently.
SRPT has taken a hit - profit taking and time to get back in?
With VKTX I think timing in the short term could make or break you!
JR, you buy a great deal of stock. Can you tell us a little about how you select them?
