I'm fine with legalized pot. That being said, I'm also fine with employers deciding they dont want to hire folks who choose to smoke. It can definitely effect your nob performance snd judgement. Companies are smart to not want their employees to smoke.
I am really curious what the outcome is to this. In Washington , employers will still test you and if you have thc in your system you could not get the job or be fired from the job you are working.
That's fine and all, but that would be like a company not hiring you because you drink on the weekends. If it's legal, people shouldn't be punished for it, right?
