The forex market is so risky that you should never use funds that would be financially distressing if you lose them. Always try to clear your mind in trading. After all, it’s a mind game. Meditation also helps to find a clear and calm mind. However, I am taking Eurotrader education courses to clear my mind and build confidence. The broker also takes no requotes no hidden charges and many more.
I agree, one needs to be very level-headed to trade. That said, every time I try meditation I just fall asleep. I am clearly doing it wrong.
