I tend not to eat breakfast a lot of the time. I do not know if I do not feel like I should be eating in the morning. I had a few poptarts this morning as I was feeling up to it. I just don't look at breakfast as much as some people do. Breakfast is something that I miss or don't when I wake up in the morning. However, I have been missing breakfast most of the time. I usually just eat lunch and then call it quits. The time, when I wake affects my cravings to whether or not I eat breakfast. Do you skip breakfast or not?
Breakfast is the one meal that I never skip. Last year I lost a lot of weight because I was not eating enough. This was because of money issues. This year, I purposed to eat at least three meals per day. I make oatmeal for breakfast and save some for 4 o’clock. I cannot leave home without a full tummy because who knows what will happen later in the day?
Yes I skip breakfast quite often. It really depends what I'm doing and where I am. I guess you could say that most of the time I combine breakfast and lunch since I tend to have a big lunch almost daily.
Never skip breakfast because I can't function well without it. Everytime i'm in a rush and can't get breakfast I'm usually super hungry through the day. They don't say breakfast is the most important meal of the day without a reason.
I don't skip breakfast but I do eat less because I'm trying to lose weight. I'll still eat and won't do any dangerous dieting. I am just cutting down due to the fact that I really don't need to be eating way too much. Breakfast is a meal I really enjoy and there are lots of healthy foods to choose from.
@workinglady20 have you tried changing your diet instead of eating less to eating less calories and counting your macros?
I don't feel like I can function in the morning without breakfast. My calories are fine so I don't have any reason to cut out a whole meal just to cut calories.
I'd rather skip breakfast and not miss lunch and supper...besides i normally wake up past breakfast time, so i end up combining breakfast and lunch = 'brunch' {sometimes}...i know the rule of the book, don't miss breakfast, its the most important meal of the day...but it just happens that i miss it
I can't recall the last time I missed breakfast, for me and my family the day begins sitting at the table and eating, there is no way around that, the body needs energy to run!
